ASSEMBLY PROCESS
1. Remove brims and burrs left by the 3D printing process, and clean all parts. This step is especially important to get a perfect fit between sections.
TOOLS: a deburring tool. and a small round file and/or sandpaper.
2. Open accesses on the deck, following the hemispheric rail.
TOOLS: a soldering iron with a conical fine tip.
3. Start mounting internal parts and fittings before glue sections (only mainsail sheet post is not recommended to install until sections and hatches are glued). The order doesn’t matter.
TOOLS: drill and bits (1.5mm, 2mm, 3.5mm, 4mm, 6mm); soldering iron (to open the hole for the through deck block).

How to install the mast box.
Parts with M3.5 eyebolts:
Place the nuts in their case and screw the eyebolts. Fix the nuts to their case by applying a bit of glue on some edges (be careful to don´t glue the eyebolt). Once the glue is cured, remove the eyebolts, Prepare bonding areas by sanding and cleaning. Apply glue to the bonding areas, place the part in its position and screw the eyebolts. Apply more glue around the bonding area if necessary.

Fin box insert:
When purchase the Alioth fin, an adapter is supplied together with the carbon fin. This piece makes the fin box strongest and the joint hull-keel stiffer.
It has been designed to be glued inside the fin box. Apply a thin layer of adhesive on the outer surface of the adapter, spread it over the entire surface, and insert the adapter together with the fin into the fin box, and tighten the keel nut. Be careful not to get glue on the fin screw. Put also a bit of tape around the fin box on the hull and fin to keep them clean in case of excess adhesive comes out.
