i bought ver4 and i have tried printing it out using creality print software but no way i then tried printing it with simplify 3d and the file started went through the bed leveling and then it stopped, i am not an expert but in the same saying i am not novice. the printer is a creality K1 speedy only 10 days old

Hi Alexander,
The CR K1 printer requires specific G-code files.We have just send them to you.
